A-45 is located on County Route 619 in Alexandria Township. The bridge is 9/10 of a mile north of 12th St. and 1/4 of a mile south of Kappus Rd. Bridge A-45 will be Closed to All Traffic starting on August 1, 2024, for approximately four (4) months, weather permitting.
The contractor is Colonnelli Brothers.
A detour will be posted.

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS ______________________________PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT STARTING THE WEEK OF 06/10/24, WEATHER PERMITTING, MILLING AND PAVING OF THE EXISTING ROADWAY WILL BE TAKING PLACE IN FRONT OF YOUR RESIDENCE. PLEASE SEE THE PROJECT LIMITS REFERENCED BELOW TO SEE WHICH AREAS OF YOUR STREET WILL BE IMPACTED.

MILFORD BOROUGH RESIDENTS ONLY - 2024 BOROUGH CLEAN-UP
The date of this Clean-Up has been set for June 22, 2024
The Borough of Milford will hold ONE (1) Clean-Up in 2024. The date of this Clean-Up has been set for JUNE 22, 2024 (fourth Saturday in June). This clean-up day is for Milford Borough residents only and Milford Borough taxes pay for this clean-up day.
There will be specific items that will need stickers on them to be collected. It will be the responsibility of the homeowner/resident to see that the stickers are adequately attached to the items and that they stay on until the pick-up is complete. The stickers will be sold in $5.00 increments and may be purchased at Milford Borough Hall during the hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
ITEMS NEEDING STICKERS ARE:
1. Washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, hot water heaters, trash compactors.
Each item will require THREE (3) - $5.00 stickers per item.
2. **Refrigerators, **freezers and **air conditioners.
**NOTE: These appliances contain CFC’s (freon) which must be removed. Residents MUST provide and attach proper certification that this was done otherwise the item will not be collected.
For further information on freon removal, please contact the Borough Clerk.
Each item will require THREE (3) - $5.00 stickers per item.
ITEMS THAT WILL NOT BE COLLECTED:
1. No electronics will be collected on Clean Up Day. Examples are: monitors, computers, televisions, fax machines, cell phones, radios, etc.
2. Construction debris, plywood, cement blocks, bricks, roofing material, siding and tires must be taken care of by the homeowner. This can be done by hiring a private hauler or by calling the Hunterdon County Transfer Station at (908)236-9088 for further information.
3. Hunterdon County Transfer Center will no longer accept tires.
4. Mattresses must be placed in a mattress disposal bag.
5. -Hunterdon County Electronic Waste Recycling – June 22nd, October 5th and Nov. 16th
-Hunterdon County Hazardous Waste Day – December 7th
-Hunterdon County Shred Days – June 1st, Sept. 14th and October 19th.
All Events will be held at the Hunterdon County Route 12 (Library Complex). You can check the Hunterdon County recycling website for further details.

that the annual REORGANIZATION MEETING will be held on January 2, 2024, at
6:30 PM.
The reorganization meeting will be held at Milford Fire Company Building located at 21 Water Street, Milford, NJ
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the MILFORD BOROUGH COMMON COUNCIL
that the FIRST (1st) REGULAR MEETING will be held on January 2, 2024, immediately
following the Reorganization meeting.
The first regular meeting will be held at the Milford Fire Company Building located at 21 Water Street, Milford, NJ.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that formal action may or may not be taken. This
being submitted at the regular meeting held on November 20, 2023.
